I'm a user experience designer of tangible and intangible (digital) products. I have completed my post-graduation in MASTER OF DESIGN. When I design something I used to concentrate on how to deliver an enhanced and delightful experience for the user.
It may sound crazy. But the success of all digital and tangible products are based on user experience even if it's a design of a logo or a ship, the user is GOD.
