"This client booked seven covers on a project and I did sent the first one with a day late because I had to finish the project that I currently worked first. But, it was only one day, not eight like she said and she didn't seamed to be bothered with this delay when I explained to her. Also, the second cover was sent with two days earlier not later ( I usually make a cover in five days and I submitted this on in three).
For the first cover that I did for her she was very pleased, she say that "it's gorgeous" and we seamed to get along very well so, I made the second cover on the same style and quality and fallowing everything that she wanted.
On the second she has a small change first ( some part that she wanted to be more blended), which I did, but it didn't matter because now, out of the blue, she wanted to cancel the project.
Now, I understand a cancellation, every client have the right to do that and I accepted. What I don't understand, is how can you like something that much one day and suddenly the next day, you said that it's so bad that you can't use it...
When I asked her what happened, she told me that she liked the covers a lot at first until she got a second opinion from someone... I can understand even that, but what I don't understand is why she wanted to denigrate my work and lying about the timing of the covers...
Really, I am very disappointed, the only thing that I did is working as best as I could for this person and this it my reword.
It seams to be a new trend on some clients to blame the designer's work to justify their insecurities.
Anyway, everyone can judge for himself how "bad and unusable" was the cover that I made for this person, you can find it in to my portfolio, is the cover for "Wolf Tamer".

"I worked on eight projects with this client and every time she changed the brief after I started working and she asked for countless unnecessary changes.
I think if my attention to detail, attitude and skills were bad, as she said, she didn't worked with me on eight projects. She is just upset because this will me my last cover for her, I am tired of her unprofessional attitude."
