-- ENGLISH BELOW -- Wir sind ein junges, familiengeführtes Unternehmen und produzieren Marmelade in über 40 verschiedenen Sorten. Wir benutzen keine Zusatzstoffe, keine Farb- und Konservierungsstoffe oder Aromen. Die Sorten werden immer nach dem benannt was drin ist. (Erdbeere pur, Blutorange Mango Kokos, Brombeere Amaretto, etc.) Wir haben zu jeder Saison nochmal seperate Sorten. Alle Marmeladen haben einen Fruchtanteil von durchschnittlich 75% und dementsprechend wenig Zucker. Als Geliermittel verwenden wir Apfelpektin. ----- We are a young, family-run company and produce jam in over 40 different varieties. We do not use any additives, colorings, preservatives or aromas. The varieties are always named after what is in them. (Pure strawberry, blood orange mango coconut, blackberry amaretto, etc.) We have separate varieties for each season. All jams have an average fruit content of 75% and therefore little sugar. We use apple pectin as a gelling agent.
