Target audience
Die Zielgruppe ist männlich und weiblich zwischen 25 und 60 Jahren. Sie sind alle adipös (stark übergewichtig) und mussten deswegen einen Magenbypass oder ähnliches bekommen, um nun mit der richtigen Ernährung ohne Mangelerscheinungen abzunehmen.

Dabei sollte es sehr seriös aussehen, da es sich um ein medizinisches Thema handelt. Das Buch soll dem Leser inspiration zum nachkochen geben und ihm bei seinem Abnhemerfolg unterstützen.
