New website design wanted for iQ Bazaar

iQ Bazaar

A classifieds website for cars and real estate. We are based in Kurdistan region of Iraq but our target audience is all Iraq.

No

- It'd be nice if you can add a subtle Middle-Eastern touch to the design. (if appropriate and suitable

- We need serious looking website, yet modern. Be liberal about the use of modern design ideas.

1- Primary homepage
A catchy, yet unintimidating page with a map of Iraq with clickable regions. Will show a few featured posts. Very short description about the website. Possibly interactive tutorial.

2- Most recent Ads/posts page with search and filter menu/bar
Showing the most recent posts/Ads. Search function should contain filters, sorting, and search box/bar/menu

3- Real Estate or Automobile page (depending on category)
What the user sees when they click on a category. Design may or may not be different for each category.

4- Item/ad/post details page
The item details page. Contains item pictures and details

5- Adding an Ad/post of your own (fill out form and online payment), creating an account/profile
when a user needs to publish his/her own items, must create account and pay online, meanwhile, a user account is created for users to have their own account.

- Dark theme

- Cliche pictures of laughing women eating salad, gentlemen in suit handshaking, children running, etc. :)

- Cliche backgrounds (e.g. no backgrounds that resembles a note pad page)

- Shiny buttons

- The website needs to support both LTR and RTL. Either two separate designs or one that works both ways. Only design the LTR version, if there's a need for a separate LTR design, we'll request that from the winning design for additional cost.

- Fonts. We believe the right choice for the font is very important. We're ok with using non-free fonts as long as we can license them. It'd be nice if you can also show us what Arabic font would fit best (you don't need to know Arabic, just pick what feel fits best). This may help: http://arabnet.me/10-arabic-web-fon…right-now/

- If your design is selected, we prefer if you can provide the map of Iraq in SVG format.
