Kyle Richard is the bomb! Great to work with. Excellent communication. Eager to listen and make changes. Good at recommending stuff I hadn't thought of.
There were other very good designs. But his stood out for two reasons. First, I liked it best. But second, his communication style was really great, and as I assume I'll need tweaks and other help from him, it helped that he's a good guy to work with.
I think he's very talented, very creative, and a total rock star. My guess is that before long I won't be able to afford him as his portfolio grows. If you would like to talk details, contact me at http://www.bradmontgomery.com and I'll answer your questions. But I can tell you now what I'll say if you call: "Hire Kyle!" Nice job. Nice process. Great design.
Pulot is a talented and responsive designer. She was dead on with seeing my vision and making the changes that I described. My web administrator state her design was "very high-end" and all the layers were well labeled and easy for her to work with, given the very complicated design that she created. Pulot had her praises as well.
Great design from the beginning. A pleasure to work with - always helpful and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend this designer.

How Bbrace started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The website should be seen as an informative brochure style web page. I think we need to focus on a professional appearance that targets prospective future joint venture clients that may wish to enter into a property deal with us. Those organisations would typically be builders of residential affordable housing.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Community & Non-Profit
Our new website should have a contemporary feel that promotes a professional property organisation.
• The site should use bold background colours ie avoid white background (TBA)
• Large quality images (provided by AHA)
• Professional fonts such as arial or calibri
The site should be a brochure style site that has the potential to have a regular update from AHA staff for news and information. There should be a degree of flexibility with the site as our organisation evolves in the future.
Below is a concept outline for the pages and information that could be displayed on the site:
HOME - large colour pic, logo, and state our mission statement.
ABOUT US – vision and values, list of names for board and staff (positions)
SERVICES – tenant info, maintenance info, eligibility, home ownership, pic(s)
PEOPLE – profile a tenant/team member? (pic, story, background, testimonial)*
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT – our recent projects, new projects, joint ventures, pics
PARTNERSHIPS – list of partners, sponsors, logos
DONATIONS – details on how to make a donation, pic
NEWS – current topic, pic
CONTACT US – address, email, phone contact, emergency maintenance info
LINKS - use web addresses for tenants
* I like the idea of having our former wheel chair Aust basketballer profiled here with pics of team action and of him now. I think his story would be awesome and an inspiration for our website viewers. Will need to obtain permission etc etc. Just a thought !
What to avoid
I really dislike generic pictures of people or images that are not ours. We have pics here that could be used and we can also re visit a few sites to grab some more.
You can use photos for now but we will replace these with our own down the track.
Description about Accessible Housing:"Accessible Housing is a provider of affordable housing to a variety of disadvantaged or disabled persons. We are Adelaide based and have 401 properties in the Adelaide metro area as far north as Willaston and as far south as Port Elliott. We have an office in Torrensville and have approx. 12 full time staff and we are involved primarily in property management and property development. We are recognised as SA’s only disabled/wheelchair housing specialist. We do work closely with the State Government but are an independent business. The relationship with the govt is a critical to us however we are also involved in new business ventures involving private enterprise. Our future lies in the property development industry to accommodate our growing tenant base."Hope that helps your designs!
