We’re an innovative Skincare E-commerce Company offering various solutions to common skin issues such as Acne and Rozacea. We do this by offering handpicked products by professional dermatologists, packages consisting of products that cope well with your symptoms as well as producing our own products. You will also be able to subscribe to any product or package as a customer and have it delivered and billed automatically in a set period of time.

We are a provider of solutions, the site will guide the visitor towards a problem, with every problem we do provide the solution.
The solution differs depending but will mainly focus on subscription boxes or pre-subscription box stand alone product samples.
The prioritised focus points are the following:

With the unique concept of real dermatology experts online a product for the future is an interactive way to ask questions live on the site.

Our primary audiences consists of people that suffers from the following skin issues:
Eczema
Rosacea
Acne
Dry skin
Psoriasis
Aging skin

A small minority of the market needs treatment from pharmaceutical products to reduce/eliminate their problems. They are not in our primary target group. Instead, we focus on helping the absolute majority of the market that is today treating their skin problems with products that in most cases has no positive effect.

Being highly solution-oriented; We need to build trust within our audience. We need the consumers to feel safe when interacting with us. We need to be perceived as someone providing you with solutions to your problems.
Technical:
Website needs to be Responsive - So a mobile and a desktop variant needs to be provided.
Website cannot depend on anchor-links.
No components can be made as Adobe Flash-objects.

Stylistic preferences:
Legitimate and stylistic, yet innovative. Clinical, but not boring.

Keep in mind that we are going to make use of H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 and <p>-tags, as well as ahrefs and such. The font and color of these need to be decided carefully.

1) Homepage: We want the whole website to have a lot of white space, yet be captive in terms of our story and inspire action. It needs to cater to a customer in need of help with their skin issues. 4) Content/storytelling page: This page is very important. It is meant to give the visitor the full story of our company, our products, what we aim to achieve and how it all started. Our story is rich and it needs a stylistic page where the visitor is as captivated as when they read a high-profile article in any bigger publication.
This page is meant to be used as a template for all content that is not product-oriented. The Content/Storytelling page should be able to hold ten times the amount of text, images and other media than other pages on the website.
