uploaded ONLY FOR CONTEXTUAL PURPOSES.
You will be expected to not only provide the needed designs as per the
per Graphic Specifications document - but also to work together with
our Technical consultants in preparing and launching the web site.
Having looked at the entries submitted to date, we would like to
provide more creative flexibility around the actual page
In particular, we are looking for something a bit "edgier" / avant
garde - without being over the top.
So as an example, our Corporate Brochure (uploaded now) we tried find
a creative way of showing the "art and science" of what we offer.
In the end, what is of most importance is to create the emotion /
image as laid out in the design specifications.
Please also note that we will not be including "contact us" on the
video banner - as this will be incorporated on the CTA.
Finally, we will be looking to the successful designer to actually
select and recommend the video and images anticipated.
Which two pages do we need to design? - we want the landing page +
then a generic secondary page for other pages. Please note that of
course we will need additional modifications on the secondary pages
identified in the design specifications document. This will be
discussed and agreed to with the shortlisted designers for this
How strict is layout? - you have the flexibility you need to do what
is best. See latest posting.
Does this means that we have to direct our attention to typefaces,
margins, colors and images rather than layout and positioning? - this
is not critical at this point in time. This will of course become
important in the final designs.
We have been getting some great designs but as still looking for
something that will “wow” us.
What that means is not only following the proposed design
layouts/content - USING ADDITIONAL CREATIVITY - but in particular
CREATING AN EDGY (POSSIBLY ABSTRACT) SET OF IMAGES THAT CREATE THE
FOLLOWING EMOTIONS IN THE VIEWER:
