WANTED: New Membership Website Home Page Design Needed. Guaranteed Winner!

The Columbus Real Estate Investors Association is in the process of rolling out a new membership website and need a new design based on our new logo PLUS a similar layout based on another website

We will provide the logo

Desired Color Scheme:
Tie in with logo we provide

Accepted File Formats:
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

Prize:

$550 USD for the best design.  Please note that this is a “design only†contest.  We have someone lined up to programming.

Deadline:

Winner will be selected within 5 days, preferably sooner if we a design we think we can work with.  That said, we reserve the right to end (or extend) the contest early if a winner is found but we also reserve the right to push it out a few days if we need more time.  In either case, we are guaranteeing someone will win!

* Go ahead and use the exact same layout as one of sister organizations using our logo and color scheme.  Once we agree on a design we'll change the titles of the nav bar and all that other stuff.  The website is located at: http://www.gareia.org/ pay close attention to:- The ability to have a banner add promnnently displayed in the header- For now use their info on the nav bars and other parts of the site and we'll change it to out own In case your interested the website we are replacing is located at http://www.columbusreia.com. Please do not feel compelled to use anything from the old site.   Rules:
