Money-back guarantees are offered by many of the major US shippers (including FedEx and UPS) if deliveries are delayed (even by 1 minute) or other problems occur but most people don’t know this. However, claims must be filed within a short period of time after shipment date but without having the ability to easily track, it can be extremely burdensome.

We have developed a system at RefundX which automates every step of the process. We automatically:

I have attached a document showing general elements of the homepage of the website, along with copy for the homepage.

I have uploaded information showing what we would like on the homepage. In addition, we would like to have you create a page that begins the workflow (data input). I have attached a wireframe of each of these pages (homepage and input page) we would like you to design.

I have also uploaded a copy of our RefundX logo. We have this logo in many different formats so please let us know if you need a different format.
