Professional templates neeed for exclusive travel company

iBooking require a set of design templates for one of our upmarket villa company clients. A complete design brief is described below.

iBooking.com are developing an all new web site for our customer, Finesse Villas. The existing site at http://www.finesse-villas.com will be redeveloped entirely in order to present the correct branding, design and content needed to promote this very exclusive villa complex.

The design brief is to convey an instant sense of exclusivity and quality, rather than just another place to rent a holiday villa. Finesse market a villa experience, they are at the highest end of the market, with higher than standard pricing, but service and luxury to match. It is essential the new web site communicates all of these messages.

The most important conversion measure is online booking. The site will feature the iBooking Hotel booking engine throughout and the factor that indicates the site design has been a success is a strong conversion to bookings.

Simple layout with the emphasis on high quality photography. Professional standard Images will be provided. Some use of library shots will be needed to communicate the personal aspect of the site. We prefer iStockphoto.com

As with this layout, the design will be fixed width to approx. 780 pixels. The use of a full width header or footer would be acceptable but not necessary. Good integration of a booking form.

Deliverable

We are initially looking for static layouts in either Photoshop or Illustrator with a view to moving these towards CSS/DHTML code. The designer should have experience of Flash or other animation techniques in order create the type of dynamic image presentation we are looking for.
