Website brief We are looking for a modern eye catching website that stands out from our competitors. We are currently in the process of completing an app and the website is the shop front for the app. You need to be able to understand JavaScript and how to drop it into the HTML for reviews written on our app to be shared directly to the website you create. Please ensure that your platform can accept widgets or ask my question I can send to the developers. We are a window cleaning business for the residential market. We provide instant quotes and bookings. We also have a customer portal for each individual customer and so it is important that we apply two active buttons, one will link with my developers quote system on the app and the other will link to my developer’s customer portal system on the app. We may want to discuss the hosting arrangements for the website, we need complete control over our website, please indicate your thoughts on this as we may prefer our app developer to host the website. Another button somewhere on the home page will be for downloading the app if people want to but they can still get quotes and access their customer portal from a web browser using the buttons that are linked. We have a domain – mywindowclean.com Some work was started on a web site but it looked too basic and the design was not creative enough. The website will also require a blog where we can write articles, and add pictures or video (video linked from our YouTube) The website has to look right on a desktop as well as a tablet and as well as a mobile phone. We are looking for creative design that will make our website pop amongst our competitors. There are lots of window cleaning companies on the web but my company will be the first using instant quote and booking with other customer account features and so the website has to reflect the modern approach. Design is up to you, we are looking for creative design that pops. We like clean websites not busy. The pictures need to be put next to each other within your design so that the website visitor can chose which to click on: 1) Services & Areas 2) Payment & Terms Underneath this is the picture illustration that demonstrates three easy steps. The whole graphic is in a file called 3 steps. The graphics has been separated if you wanted to re-size or redesign. All the elements will be in this folder. The next area is for customer reviews. This will show in two formats. 1) YouTube video of customer reviews, that we film. But we need to be able to add video as we make new ones. 2) Reviews straight from the customers in our app. The developer will provide Javascript code for you to put into the html. In the file Customer reviews you will see some graphics/pictures that will help frame the area. Next are service features. Here we will show bullet points, with icons that are easy to read fast. There are 8 points that describes the unique features of our website. You can find the graphics in a file called Service features. Next to this area side by side depending on your design we have the customer care hotline information. The elements/pictures are in a file called ‘pictures for hotline’. We will have a HOTLINE number that will be attended 24/7. Then at the bottom we will have something visual that introduces the referral scheme. I want to push this with call to action – Add £25.00 credit to your account today with our referral scheme. Terms & Conditions apply. There will be a file with lots of elements that you can use through out the website.
