How EGGER Druck + Medien started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our young online shop madika.de offers custom-built boxes and packaging products made from cardboard. The target group ranges from start-up companies to designers, advertising agencies to product managers. Our products are high-quality, that’s what the website needs to reflect.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
We are currently revising the online shop http://www.madika.de, adding new sub-pages and changing existing ones. Our aim is to make it easier for customers to understand our multidimensional products, but also to make it a bit more beautiful/ modern/ fresh. That’s where we need you! We would love some new and inspiring ideas concerning our website appearance. We don't want to change the given structure, just want to get some new ideas about the appearance of the boxes, lines, colours.
Where we’d like to see some fresh ideas: the design/ shape/sizes of the existing frames/ lines/ boxes/ colours of the boxes etc.
The only colour which is mandatory is the purple (#8a277d) which is a part of our logo. But we don’t have to use it in large amounts. The grey which is currently being used would be okay but is not mandatory.
We would like you to have a look at 3 different pages:
- Overview page where we show the products who have different versions (is currently being built – pl. see document 1 attached - there are two different options, one with 2 columns and one with 3 columns - please do only one of them)
- Landing page for each product (currently under construction – please see the attached "PDF-landing page")
- Page where each product can be configured individually (currently under construction – please see the attached "PDF_landing page")
What to avoid
What we don’t need to change: the basic structure/ framework
