From the existing website: "American Capital Funding, LLC is a nationwide life insurance assignment funding company for funeral homes and cemeteries, ...providing advanced payment on assignable life insurance policies for funeral services rendered. Payment is without recourse to you and we do not require a promissory note which means the funds you receive are irrevocably yours." Although ACF helps the bereaved party receive their life insurance money faster, ACF's primary customer audience is the funeral director and/or the cemetery. In most cases, ACF does not meet with or work directly with the bereaved party.

Red-white-blue design; patriotic imagery including country outline and flag are encouraged. Stock photos of smiling professionals may fit well.

The target audience is the funeral director and/or cemetery directory, NOT the bereaved party. So the visual tone of the website should be professional and positive, not a "sorry for your loss" website.
