Please take a look at the existing homepage ( http://braille.solutions )for required functionality.
Text is only a development version, will be redacted. But the final version will have more or less the shown amount of text.
The slider in the upper part will contain some photos of braille signs.
We do not have good photos of real braille signs at the moment.
We added the slider to make sure a customer does recognize that the created signs can be produced in the real world.
Only seeing the 3d Model viewer would be to abstract for some customers without 3d print experience. However, the page might be to crowded now.
We would really like if the relation input fields -> 3d model viewer -> delivery of real products would be visible on a first look.
You come to the uploading page if you press the "Buy it" Button.
This page doesn't have any function. It is only a temporary page until the background process (uploading the model) did finish.
A reliable time prediction is currently not possible, can be something between 30s and 3min.
If finished a link to the product page at our 3D printing partner will be shown.
The challenge with this page is to prevent the customer from giving up to wait.
We know that the current handling of the "checkout" process is terrible and will confuse possible customers.
Another big fraction will give up during waiting for the model being uploaded to shapeways.
However, this process/workflow is given and can not be changed at the moment.
