Dentistry Site - Professional friendly inviting and upbeat! $200

Clean (not plain) design, professional, "upbeat", friendly and inviting.

We are looking for a main splash page and a "smaller" version of the splash page to be used for template design.

 Their main page has an additional header section that isn't on the rest of the pages.

  The main splash page content will be 2 paragraphs with a section dedicated to images fading in and out of "before and after" pictures of people's teeth.  Also, with a spot to highlight "ASK DR KUHL".  this will basically be an article that's posted on the site so the font used for the "article title" needs to be default internet safe fonts.  Some kind of imagery to make this section stand out would be great.
