The website is a primary sales funnel for the business, the goal is to inform and have visitors sign up for a service. Marketing to Australian Solo, Small and Medium business with the language being as simple as possible to align with the Brand.

1. Front Page –2x key elements horizontal The goal is to capture the attention of visitor, and pump 2 key points to them - Standard vs Premium 1300 numbers. Standard 1300 or 1800, from $15/month – nice big GO button Premium 1300 or 1800, from $250 setup, $15/month – nice big GO Button I like how Telstra’s front page is: I imagine a big background image with the 2x key points floating over the top. 2. Standard sub page A standard look and feel page, central space for body such as: Contact, Pricing etc. White page floating over the background. 3. Signup page – will have 4 tabs. I want the signup process to be clean and simple, tabs like the Telstra ones (home page, bottom) First tab might be pre filled if they came from front page button.. Tab1 – Select your 1300 or 1800 1. Standard – a. Simple Telecom Choose b. Choose from Public List c. Port from Other supplier 2. Premium - Tab2 – Pricing – second tab might be prefilled if they came from pricing page order button. If so – we will switch tab1 with tab2, so we ask them to select.. Select Plan 1. 1300 or 1800 a. Entry b. Light c. Medium d. Heavy 2. 1300 with Live Answer 3. 1300 with Call Recording 4. 1300 with Fax 5. 1300 with IVR Menu 6. 1300 with Postcode Dialler 7. Etc.. might add further plans down the track. Cheesy stock photos – they are heavily used by my competitors. (Google: 1300 numbers) I don’t want the backgrounds to be a photo or anything stock looking. Gradients, custom shapes or branding for the background would be best.
