New t-shirt design wanted for Landmark Benefits, Inc.

We are an employee benefits company (we sell insurance) but we provide services to support this insurance - including WELLNESS.

We need a design for a t-shirt. The print on the front of the t-shirt will read, "Are You Up to the Challenge?" We will be distributing the t-shirts to employees that are particpiating in a wellness challenge. Please do NOT use my Company name on the shirt. Feel free to use images to enhance the design. I saw one today that used a tape measure (used by a tailor) and it was used to shrink some of the image. The t-shirt will be navy blue (unless you share that you would not recommend). I would prefer to stay with 2 colors for the design but we can have more if it makes is look awesome. I was thinking that the letters can use red / white with one outlining the other. The shape of the letters should be fun.
