Scott White Realtor got their new stationery by running a design contest:

Real Estate & Mortgage
Looking for a clean, bold and modern design. Don't have a preferance as to design being top/side or bottom but would lean away from the traditional top only type layout. Would like to incorporate a maple leaf (either screened into back ground or something). Corporate colours are red, black and white. I put in a website below, I like the "look" of the grey/black steel background of that website. I have uploaded a pic of a style of letter head that was interesting, clearly not construction styled but the format sort of caught my eye.
Brand name to include on the stationery item(s)
RLP Scott White
What to avoid
Would like to avoid the typical "real estate" type letterhead. The screened in house or key images type thing. Looking for something differant so feel free to be creative!
