Due to the merger of two companies we need to create new bus card, letterhead etc. maintaining the established brands. Looking for a professional, sharp and powerfull design for a new company: RMDStem Limited.

Desired Color Scheme: Complimentary colours to the logos provided, but quite open for suggestions. Please use CMYK colours for better printing results. Desired Style: Professional, sharp, powerful. Accepted File Formats: Adobe Photoshop File (.eps), Word Full Requirements: Resource Management and Development (RMD) and STEM Parternership have recently merged into a new company RMDStem Limited. RMD has primarily operated in the technical consulting and contracting areas in the resource (mining/processing) sector. STEM has operated in technical and management consulting areas primarily in the resource and research sectors. To have further understanding about our businesses please have a look at our Web Sites, www.stempartnership.com.au & www.resmd.com.au RMDStem Limited needs a new identity package: 1. Logo (vector format) 2. Business card 3. Letterhead (Word) 4. Envelope We have two existing logos for each company and new RMDStem logo needs to display both of them (somehow nicely arranged) and possibly our new name RMDStem Limited or "RMDStem" . Existing logos are attached to help you in the design. New logo ideas are also welcome as long as recognisible brands are maintained. The identity should work well in print but also on our website (will be developed later) and other media. I am keen to finish the contest on 23/11/06 and to announce the winner on 24/11/06 if such an entry arrives. Upon a winner being chosen, full design rights will be transferred over to RMDSTEM Ltd, meaning for the winner not to use that specific design again for any other project.
