We are a gas station and convenience store developer and need a coming soon sign that will be posted roadside on the same property as the development. No target audience, simply anyone looking for a convenience store or gas!

Looking for a sign that will be posted roadside on the same property as a future commercial development. The 4"8" sign must communicate effectively to people driving by on their cars and include the following elements: 1. Exxon logo included 2. A message that displays that fast food will be available 3. the sign must include that this site is coming soon 4. In a small text, the sign must also include "Another project by *Midway brand logo*" 5. Include that there will be diesel truck fueling 6. Design file has to be in a high resolution format as it will be used for a 4"x8" sign
