I had a logo designed. Farooq provided several early stage ideas and, after making the finals, many updates. He was very responsive to feedback.

Two things, though.

1. His English is not good, which harms communication.

2. Overall, I'm not convinced he has good sense for some design aspects. I had to micromanage on things that our designers would have gotten on their own or with less direct feedback.

I liked his idea and his responsiveness, which is why he won, but I wouldn't request him individually for new work.
