My team and I is starting a social enterprise that aims to empower female Myanmar refugees in Malaysia. We will start off with providing manicure/pedicure services. The profit will be reinvested in the women and their families while developing them to be eventual business owners.

We choose the name Tipping Point because of the word play with nail tips/finger tips and becoming the tipping point for them to obtain a better life.
