The client disliked the poor graphic style common in cleaning service communication which lacked visual hierarchy and portrayed cleaning ladies as cartoon characters. Thus, the brief was to form a visual language that clearly delivers ethos of the business – providing personalised cleaning services with meticulous attention for individual home and the owners’ needs.")

By using bold type for headlines and page numbers as well as meticulous grid system, I gave space for the content to speak in the report. In this manner editorial design echoes the purpose of the company – to provide space for the local businesses and draw focus to their work.")
