We are a new, state-of-the-art fitness center that features advanced technology equipment with artificial intelligence, personalized training, and results tracking. Our method is three 20 minute workouts per week. Our science-backed, results-based method means that our clients will be fitter and healthier in with just 1 hour of work per week. Our target client is age 40-70, educated, upper/middle class, both men and women. These people are likely interested in outdoor activities like surfing, golf, tennis, but may also lead a fairly sedentary life. They value their body and health and want to see it improve. We are not a traditional gym.
