Rose Finch Gin
Description of the product
This will be a pink gin with lots of citrus flavours We have chosen the name because the Rose Finch is a small bird, and the female has a beautiful pale pink chest. Its characteristics are similar to our own drift story. Rose Finches are nocturnal migrants, using the wind to push them to new places each season which is why they never know where they are going to end up. It depends on how strong the wind is! They believe in the motto, if lost, go with the flow! They are Drift Migrants and this matches our distillery name. Rose Finches originate from the Himalayas and travel far across Eurasia, through Japan, China, Russia, the nordics and now into west Europe, being found in Switzerland, Netherlands now even residing and breeding in the UK. They start flying in May and return home to warmer climates in September.
