think of a brigt color in combination with brand and subbrand in gold. Another color might work as well. Most products are brown since milk chocolate, very few a white. So the layout color should work in contracts mainly with brown. The hero is the product, packaging is secondary, but it should support the product. Think of premium look and gift, as all products are bough as a gift.
VIAVOU Chocolate Art
Description of the product
Based on the existing design platform, I'm looking for ONE derivative design layout for a new range. All products will be apcked under the same design. The range is premium and the products are sold as a gift. The packaging design should be minimalistic, restrained, premium looking, and should not compete wiht the look of the products. The basic layout is sold all year long, but it should be adaptable for Christmas and Easter.
Description of the product target audience
Products are bough as a gift usually by woman from 25-65 years of age. This is the core target group. Man from 30-65 can be seen as a extended target group.
We want to add a new product line to the brand Viavou. The name of the new line is "Chocolate Art" and it will be used instead of Be-loved in the brand architecture. The products defer not by taste, but by their look. These are premium chocolate products mainly in milk chocolate, also in white, some colored in different colors. I'm looking for a minimalistic design, as product is the hero. The design should be an extraction of the existing design, but stand for itself, although belonging to the Viavou family. The look should be premium and contemporary, as the products are gifts.
What to avoid
The prodtcs should stand out. Hence be very caucious by using colors and patterns, as thy might take the attention off the products.
