blazeproz1999 got their new product packaging by running a design contest:
Luxurious packaging design for a Yoga Wheel
Check out blazeproz1999's Product packaging contest…
Description of the product
So, we are actually selling our product the "YOGA WHEEL" as a bundle on Amazon. So the main product is the Yoga Wheel, but we are also giving customers an included Carry Case for the Yoga Wheel, A5 Exercise Guide for the Yoga Poses, Mini Microfibre Yoga Face Towel These are the 3 things included with our main product, the yoga wheel.
Description of the product target audience
Our target audience are usually people who love doing Yoga, people with back pain, people who want to improve their flexibility and people who generally just want to keep their physique fit. It's used both by male and females, the target age is quite broad since this product is for everyone so, between 18 - 55. The location our product will most likely be used in is either at home, yoga studio or the gym. The product is only $30 so it's inexpensive so the income level doesn't need to be very much.
Hi, Hope you're all well. So, for my design the first and most important things that need to be on the packaging is an FNSKU barcode (Just a UPC barcode for Amazon sellers only) and there needs to be a "Made in China" label on the box (preferably on the back). As for the FNSKU barcode, on the dieline i have attached, on the bottom there is a template barcode, that isn't my barcode but I have attached a PDF file which has my barcode, each barcode is the same on that file so you just have to pick any barcode and place it in the same position (Please make sure that the size is correct so it's scannable). Ok , so now we got the boring stuff out the way I have attached photos of one of my competitors Yoga Wheels. This is because my product is still being manufactured and I don't have the photos for mine lol. But, it's the same colour (black) and the size (6x5 inches) as mine. The pics of the Carry case(black), Yoga Towel(Yellow) are photos of my actual products. These photos are just so you have an idea of what my product is. The initial idea I had for my packaging is for it to be like Gucci or Chanel packaging, they don't necessarily have their product on the actual box but it still looks clean and luxurious. But, feel free to design whatever you you like and think would look classy and nice. Below attached are some packaging ideas for inspiration. On the back of the box I would like to have some features of our product. I have attached an example of the back of a headphones box. I really liked how they made little logos/pictures for their features and gave some information beside them. So, something like that on the back of the box would be nice. I have attached a word file with the features that would be written on the back. Lastly, on sides of the box I would like a little quote in a similar style along with my logo on the bottom as shown in the example photo. I have put the quote in the same word file as the features. These are just my ideas, if you have a completely different idea please don't hesitate to submit a design or even ask me. You guys are the designers at the end of the day so you know best haha! Best of Luck! Thanks, Ansub
