Description of the product
Hi i am hannes and we are glorum . Glorum is a vaping (e-cigarette) company. Our business is based on refillable plastic bottles for e-liquids (the oil that is been steemed on a heated wire in a device). We want to mainly focus on their design now. The goal is to create a black-print-animal-face on the bottles. We want to start with a Rhino for now. An aggressive Rhino looking at us in a modern style
Description of the product target audience
Someone that is "vaping" is usually somebody that stoped smoking (because he noticed that he is feeling better but this is an other subject ;) Somebody thats using our bottles (we are focusing on 50ml bottles here) wants to save money additionally because he mixes his own e-liquid and refills the bottle...the one that he is carrying around all the time and getting out of his pocket when with friends to refill his vape device. Or he is got it standing on his couch table. Anyway they must look good! :) Age is pretty much legal age category.
Ok, i will try my best english. The "label" you are about to create is actualy going to be a photo print on handy PE (polyethylene) bottles. It should show a Rhino`s face from the front with space to hand write (for example date and flavour) on two lines that can be used as forehead...something like this, you will see when we get to the jpgs i sent. It will just be black print. And here is where the challenge is.. still making this look unique and maybe creating an eye catcher on little (visual) space. I know you know, but because of the wrap around the bottle you cant see very much from the front at one time and still creating a wow-effect thats what we are looking for. All this with a creative/clean/"detailed looking" ..maybe somehow triangle style (although its just black). Some thin lines are ok and can be very important and effective if put somewhere where they normally don't belong, or are been used because needed ;) So a hint of abstract is welcome! "Reflections" made out of spots where color is omitted... I hope you are getting a picture. The glorum logo is kind of the triangle style i meant but not really professionaly made. It should MAYBE end up small, at the bottom back of the bottle. Other files: 1 Rhino triangle: Another inspiration of the triangle style i meant 2 Rhino expression: Is how the face should stare at us like ( we are not 100% into the aggression. some like it a lot, some want it to look "nicer". We are way more on the aggression side but maybe you want to surprise ). 3 Rhino style: Another inspiration to get a picture of the style we mean... so this would be the outlines. 4 Sample bottle: Here is a bottle for you to see where the design is going to get printed on. 5 Sample length: 50ml PE bottle. Actualy not easy to print on so we can't have smoke/VERY detailed small combinations.. Our area is about where the measuring stick is and around the bottle. (In the sketch i reduced the hight a bit) Exact length and hight can be customized by the printing team but we have a pretty good reference point in the sketch. 6 Label sample: This is a sketch of KIND OF what is going on in OUR heads. Please don't feel fully guided (what i dont think you will ;) by this picture but there are some important things. The area with the green line needs to stay free. It acts like a viewing window to see how much liquid is still in the bottle. The blue lines are free spots to write on. Top is where people are going to write down their flavour .. " Strawberry milkshake" This can be long so it should be a complete free line around the bottle. Of course, as you can see something like the left "ear" where it is going over the line can look good and if it make sense its ok. 2nd line that should be in the middle of the bottle is going to be for date 3rd is for nicotine: is usually only one number None of these need to be lettered. Only need the free lines.. Its your choice what they are made of.. Generally the main thing that is going to catch the eye is probably going to be the horn in the center of the bottle. Ok now i think it is pretty much your turn. Try giving us a design that will blow our minds and like mentioned if this goes well ..we want to create five types of these bottles with five animals so there is a good chance for more :)
What to avoid
-Colors -Do NOT write anything. NO LETTERS at all please. This is an empty template for customers to label with their own marker. The bottle will be sold without e-liquid. Thank you
height about 82mm / 3,22 inchlength about 86mm / 3,38 inch. AI file would be great so we can change the size a bit later.
It all began with a design brief.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
arnisd collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
