What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
a single page (double sided) homes feature brochure for regular listings, must have room for photos, room dimensions, a small property description, my photo and logo, the company logo and contact information
a two page (front and inside printed) homes feature brochure for more upscale listings must include same as above with more photos - basically the same design as above but with one extra inside page for more photos.
a just listed postcard - photo, price, my contact information - very simple design.
I would like changeable templates for all the brochures so that I am able to insert my photos and information as I get new listings.
I want them to look very professional.
Other notes
Colours do not necessarily have to be red and black.. feel free to change the back ground or colours in the logos and my picture.
