London Property Corp provides high quality, premium housing for university and college students across Ontario.

We are looking to design a 2 sided postcard sized brochure to use as a handout to prospective tenants. We're looking for a very creative way of displaying both pictures and some info describing reasons why we're the best option for student housing. We want something that will easily grab people's attention. In the past we've seen many ideas, all of which seemed dull. The main goal of this postcard is to attract students and get them to go to our website so they can call us to set up tours of our various locations. Some key points you could use are: -huge bedrooms with large closets -modern look/layouts -24 hour property management -closest locations to campus -premium student housing I'm very open to any creative ideas.
