Real estate services- rentals, sales and holiday letting

A few months ago we updated our office websites and not only do we think they are good but so do many people looking at them online. The office websites are www.salesandrentals.com.au as well as a new standalone website for holiday rentals www.kingscliffholidays.com.au We require a brochure to outline the advantages of property owners of listing their properties with our office to be distributed into local letterboxes. Real estate websites are everywhere but we have gone to great lengths to not only produce good looking sites but also to make it really attractive by providing top quality photography too, not only for sale properties but to also permanent rentals and holiday properties as well Please find attached copy for the content of the brochure. We would like the brochure to be of A4 size, with say the salesandrentals information on one side and the kingscliffholidays information on the other. And we think a logo on one side and up top of for the sales and rentals side and on the other the kingscliff holidays photo and logo taken from the holiday website outlining all the benefits. We want it to look good to the eye, maybe a screenshot or two of the website in there (or a reproduced one) showing a few of the benefits of the website as described in the text. Eg for the sales and rentals you could outline the standard of photography, up to 26 images for larger properties and a video of that property and sales and rentals lists can be reproduced For the holiday properties you would perhaps highlight the online booking calendars and pricing for all properties, quality multiple images for each property, a video of every property etc. Company colours are as per the KS&R logo below but as we are not a franchise so there is no limit on creativity I have attached a logo for Kingscliff Sales and Rentals, attached the content in a word document, and have also attached photos of scenes around our lovely area. Please note the cropped images are of the ones sent. Feel free to use any images in the brochure. I am even thinking of using a photo (either one or more even as a background image but its up to yourself)
