Playbill

Playbill is a unique media property as it is the only magazine distributed at Broadway & Off-Broadway Theaters in New York.

We also have distributions in 22 other markets but the number of theatres vary by city.

Each issue is personally handed by the usher to each person in the audience when they are seated or on the way to their seat. That is important.

We also have our Classic Arts edition which is (for NY) Lincoln Center, The Metropolitan Opera, The New York Philharmonic Orchestra, The New York City Ballet, Carnegie Hall and City Center.

We begin the presentation by taking someone inside the theatre experience with a short video.

What is hard about the presentation is getting across the experience of being at live theatre…the emotion…the passion. This is where we want you to come in and help!

The presentation will be used to pitch advertising/media planners and buyers to run their client’s ads in Playbill Magazine and on our digital offerings. The presentations will be almost 100% personally presented most F2F but a few might be GoTo Meetings. It will not be a public access deck, it will reside with each sales person.

We want very image-heavy slides, with some creative elements added.

Please try and stick with our brand outside of the photos - so yellows and blacks mostly.

We have 15 slides that need to be updated. They will be attached to the brief as "Final Deck 4 99designs.PDF". The slides that need to be updated have a red X in the corner.

The proper text for each slide is already included in the PDF. It's mainly the formatting and images that need to updated!
