Professional Fun One-Page Information Sheet

I am an independent educational consultant. I work with high school students to determine colleges that they will thrive in and I help them apply and get in to these schools. This one-sheet flyer will be viewed by these American high school students and their parents.

I am looking for a visually pleasing design that I can use for an 8.5" x 11" one-sheet content to be given to clients. For this project, we will design a one-sheet with tips on visiting colleges. What you design will be used as a template for other one-sheet information sheets with similar content as well. Top Ten tips, Information on Scholarships. etc. If your design requires full bleed to the edges, I will also need a version that allows for printing in house on a color laser printer -- meaning that it needs to have a printer-safe white margin on all 4 sides.

You should feel free to be creative with your design. I am looking for fun, happy, professional. But this is a content-forward piece where content is the most important part. The design should be visually pleasing, but should not get in the way of the content. The attached files (College Visit Tips.docx, College Visit Tips.pdf) are my current flyer. It is okay if your design imposes some additional limits on the amount of text/copy that can be used. The current version is pretty wordy. You may also suggest any design elements including font-choice and additional colors as your creativity dictates. That said, the current brand elements are important for consistency. So if a logo or brand color, or brand font is to be used in your design, you should use the ones I already have. But you may create new elements as you wish as long as they do not replace the logo. Final format should be be in a format that I can work with. Adobe CC (illustrator, photoshop, in-design etc) format, or MS Word.
