We are a service provide to the Mining Industry in the Southeast. For 30 years, we have focused on being the best at blast drilling for rock quarries- www.venturedrillingeast.com. We are now expanding into 4 other services with same customers. One- boulder blasting- we are ready to market, the 3 others won't be far behind.

A flyer marketing the advantages of our process vs. the old way of blasting boulders. Once that is done, want to follow that up with working with same person to design a Power Point presentation and an additional page for our website.

Purpose is to promote a new way of handling oversize materials or sometimes called boulders. Handling of oversize materials or boulders is one of a Plant Managers biggest headaches. The big 4 Powder Companies hate them as well- they are labor intensive to load. They are dangerous using High Explosive Materials, often causing Fly Rock. Some operators have chosen to choose much more expensive ways to deal with oversize- i.e. Hydraulic Rock Breakers. Old Way: 2.5' x 2.5' pattern with 3' burden using high explosives, not calculating tonnage and not always calculating the tonnage and powder factor. This often resulted in flyrock from overloading. Which, in turn caused being overcautious. Resulting in currently program results are just barely breaking the boulders to allow Rock Breakers to handle from there. Very expensive way of handling oversize. Venture Way: Using a Black Powder products mfg in South Africa, we have achieved the following results: - 10 x more controllable - 100X more safer, giving our team the ability to calculate tonnage and powder factor and load to design- without fear of flyrock. - Cost Savings include: 1. Lower Blaster Service charges (no requirement for blaster's license) 2. No delivery fee, items can be stored without all the requirements of High X. 3. Quarry can continue operating if operating 300' or more away. No removal of pit pump in majority of instances. - Safety- we will supply our own , no more loading holes using dangerous ladders. Control of product desired by Producer. Pictures/videos show 2 different days of blasting. First Day was 3.5' x 3.5' with 3' burden designed boulder blasting. Result was armour stone or rip rap material that is easily converted to desired product Producers want. 40% less boulder drilling costs. Second Day was 3' x 3' pattern with 2' burden. Result was "Haul to the Crusher" rock and 30% less drilling cost. Win, win, win
