Powerful Full Page Advertisement for Industrial Magazine Needed

Target audience are contractors and industrial manufacturers. we make industrial components for elevators.

We need a one page (Full page) ad template designed. It needs to be inclusive of our brand (logo at the top) and clearly highlight a component or service in the middle of the page (focus area) with contact details at the bottom. This initial ad we'll use for recruiting efforts (friendly team image with text to support) but we'll need to easily be able to convert the ad to one for a specific product or service we offer for ad variety in the future. The template should have dedicated spaces for imagery and text so that we can just plug and play with those details while the rest of the ad template remains consistent throughout all ads.
