wolf5 got their new postcard, flyer or print by running a design contest:
Post Card Series- To attract landlords who are tired of property managers

Real Estate & Mortgage
We master lease properties. So rather than a landlord going through a property manager, they will lease to us long term. Target client is 55 years or older. Has 2 or more rental properties. Has 60% or more equity in the property. Is willing to lease at a discount in exchange for steady income, no maintenance costs, and limited repair expenses each year.
What's your vision?
I need a series of post cards that will be part of a consecutive series. Each card builds upon the previous one. They are to capture the attention of the owner by addressing paint points that we will fix if they lease to us. The cards will drive the viewer to our website where they can view videos and read more.
I have attached our logo. You can go to http://tptenant.com to learn more about our services.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Postcard, flyer or print starts at €179.

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their postcard, flyer or print.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
wolf5 collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected 5 winners!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
