We need a 5"x7" clean, crisp and eye-catching postcard that will be part of a direct mail campaign that will target small-to-mid-sized building owners and/or real estate investors that own several properties. The front side of the postcard should have images and few words/content, and the back some content as well. Maybe a small generic message in a hand-written look and feel. We want to catch the reader's attention quickly, and easily/entuitively convey the message that OneContact can handle ALL their facility maintenance needs under one roof/umbrella while allowing them building owners to focus on their core business. We offer over 30 trades under one umbrella. Building owners do NOT have to be dealing with several contractors with different levels of expertise, experience and integrity.
