One Page Flyer Re-Design Needed!!!

An 8.5 x 11 flyer highlighting the marketing/business development services we offer our real estate business partners. This will be used as an initial sales piece to entice new agents to partner with us, so it needs to be clean, professional, and appeal to Real Estate Agents. We want to include the content that is in our current flyer (attached), but we'd like to change the layout/design. We like our logo - brown/black/white colors (attached). There is a teal color used on our current flyer and website, but we are not fans of the teal color. We are very located in San Diego, so local reference images are good. We may be redesigning our website - so this is not a good point of reference for design/format. Also, we are looking to re-brand/establish our brand so this flyer could be the start of something much bigger - like website redesign/Facebook covers,etc. We hope all of these things can include a "tag-line" to help our unique services stand out and welcome any suggestions. We'd like to tag line to be focused around the idea that we help our agents close more deals.
