Domestic cleaning services in Norfolk, UK. Most of our work is regular cleaning, ie weekly or fortnightly. We also do one off cleans.

We are wanting a postcard to be designed. It is going to be used for letterbox delivery in the local area. Our primary audience is the 60+ years old, however we also have customers who are young families. The design will need to be clear and easy to understand, with minimal clutter. We would prefer a clean design over lots of text/information. We want to portray our friendly, helpful and professional attributes. We are open 7 days a week and are always on hand to help out. Our customers use us because we are extremely understanding of the level of trust they put into having a new person in their house - we would like to portray this in some way, if possible. The design needs to have our logo (see attached), business name, telephone number, website and email address. It also needs to tell the customer that we can offer: weekly/fortnightly cleans, one off cleans and carpet cleaning. Colours are as per the logo, but use your discretion if you wish to try something new. I have attached a copy of a newspaper advert we use - please use this for all the contact details etc. There needs to be a strong call-to-action. Something like "Become a regular customer and get 50% off the first clean, and an extra 50% off for any of your friends or family". In previous designs, we have used the image of the lady attached. Please feel free to use this if you want, however this is up to you. The business is fully insured, and all of our cleaners have full background checks, and testimonials are available (the bit about testimonials does not have to be included if space is limited). The postcard will be standard A6 landscape size. At a push, we may consider going to A5 but really would like to avoid this if possible. That covers the front of the postcard. On the back, we would like to offer a variety of cleaning tips. These are the tips we would like to include, however if space is limited, please pick and choose from these. The dishwasher – Pour a cup of white vinegar in and set on an empty cycle for a refreshed machine! Mix up 3 parts vinegar with 1 part water, add a few drops of lemon juice for a nice smell and use as a natural cleaner for all surfaces – especially good on tobacco stains! Smelly bins can be neutralised with a sprinkle of bicarbonate of soda Baby shampoo – it makes light work of cleaning all hard surfaces in the bathroom and smells great! Slow draining pipes? Pour half a cup of baking soda down, shortly followed by the same amount of white vinegar. However, let us take care of this for you! We can have a cleaner with you within a week!
