We are a mortgage loan company. We do home purchase loans, reverse mortgages for the elderly, home equity lines of credit, Government insured loans, VA loans, Commercial loans , FHA loans, Jumbo loans, HARP loans & Conventional loans.

We need a large sign for our marketing booth about 4'x8' horizontal. We need a logo and an artistic sign that lets people know what we do. I will have it framed as a large poster and hang it on the back wall of our 12' wide booth. The sign needs to be artistic and appeal to all types of people of different races and ages. We want to convey that we are professional, friendly, trustworthy, and provide personalized service. We want the logo to translate well for business cards and convey a modern banking look.

We are looking for an image that is most likely contemporary for the logo. The sign can be any style. We are open to your creativity. The wall is 12' wide x 8' tall with chairs against the wall. The sign will need to have about 10-12 types of mortgage loans on it, our 800 number and a strong logo which is probably the place to start. The sign can include photos or artwork.
