Entertainment & The Arts
I'm a musician. I'm doing a series of concerts to introduce the general classical music audience to the French horn, my instrument
What's your vision?
I need an 8.5x11 flyer to be posted in schools, libraries, concert venues, coffee shops. There will be lots of other flyers posted around for other professionals and students who are doing the same thing as I am. The flyer will be for two Boston-area recitals I am giving in January 2015. I should be predominantly featured on the flyer, the pianist, Asako, less so. poster info is below: Kevin Owen, French horn Asako Shibata, piano Works include Dukas, Villanelle Mozart, Concerto 3# Polulenc, Elegie Wilder, Suite for Horn and Piano Boston Conservatory Faculty Recital January 22, 2015 8 PM Studio 401, Boston Conservatory, free AND LiveArts, Franklin, MA Sunday, January 25, 3 PM The Meetinghouse of the First Universalist Society in Franklin, 262 Chestnut St Franklin, MA Tickets, available at the door, are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors (60+), $10 for students, and Children (ages 6-12) free. (No children under 6, please)
The program will be light-hearted and humorous. There will be lots of talking, some jokes, some demonstrations of French horn playing on older instruments. I am not a famous musician, my intent is to be a user-friendly musician so that people who would not think of attending a solo instrument recital would be intrigued by my publicity, and might consider attending.
