We need a flyer created that will call recipients (owners and officers of construction businesses in Minnesota and Wisconsin) to action ultimately directing them to go to our landing page to request free insurance information fact sheets/white papers.
It's really that simple. By going to our landing page they can request free white papers that are of great interest to them.
The challenge: If the flyer does not effectively direct people to the landing page we don't get leads from our landing page and the campaign is not effective.
We will be including a sample fact sheet as a stuffer along with the flyer. See attachments for a sample of a draft of the fact sheet.
What's in it for them? The free five minute fact sheets (white papers) that help them understand the insurance requirements and coverage they work with frequently but rarely understand with no obligation! We have literally hundreds of white papers relating to commercial insurance that help to demystify and educate business owners and which are easy to read and understand. Such business owners are often too busy to ask their agents about this information or they're too ashamed to ask their current agents fundamental questions about their business insurance.

Accompanying the flier will be an example of these fact sheets. If the recipient goes to our landing page, they will have the option, after answering a few simple questions, of having us email them up to five additional fact sheets for free as PDFs
It would be important to mention in the flyer that we have hundreds of similar easy to read fact sheets on many construction related insurance topics all for free. Just send us an email asking for information on a construction related insurance topic and we can get them information at no charge.
We are creating a multifaceted direct mail marketing program to construction related businesses in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our goal is to obtain as many subscribers to our landing page as possible. We will repeat market to these subscribers with the goal of turning them into prospects and then, of course, to clients.
I would like something that I could present to an commercial printer that would be "camera ready". I'm thinking two color 8.5x11. Two color spot printing (not full color). ONE SIDED.
Our landing page ties in to our website, http://www.superinsurancemn.com which gives good info on our background, etc.
Also, if you think it helps, mentioning something in the flyer about checking out our testimonials tab of our website would be great.
We'd be mailing this flyer out to approximately 2000-3000 construction related businesses in Minnesota to start.
If the flyer doesn't get people to go to our landing page for more free fact sheets (I'm not wedded to the "free fact sheets" but it seemed to sound a bit better than 'white papers').......nothing happens. That's why I need an expert. You! The flyer is the cornerstone of this marketing campaign. It's huge.
