We are excited to announce that Blue Zoom is now part of All Points Broadband. Welcome to the All Points network!
All Points Broadband is an Internet service provider with markets in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Kentucky and our team is focused on providing the best possible Internet experience to our customers. We applaud the service the previous BZ WiFi owners have provided over the years and are pleased to build on that foundation.
Over the next few months we will begin upgrading the network to deliver our standard service plans and next-generation capability in areas of the former Blue Zoom network that require upgrading.
In the interim, we are working to ensure that the changeover is as seamless as possible for our customers and we appreciate your patience during this process. As some of you have noticed, we’ve been migrating to our payment system and should be up again shortly operating on your prior billing cycle by the end of the week. Until you choose to change your service plan, you will continue to receive the same speed of service that BlueZoom has provided for the same monthly fee.
This week, you will receive another email from firstname.lastname@example.org, with instructions for accessing our customer portal to manage your account no later than next Friday, August 9th. In the meantime, you do not need to take any action and there will not be any changes to your current service plan, monthly price, outstanding balance or payment method.
