Schroeder & Schroeder Inc. is a firm of experienced professional program and project managers, management consultants, and corporate managers providing Transformation Management consulting services to private and public sector organizations. The focus is on helping organizations reduce the risk and uncertainty in launching, accelerating and maintaining successful transformation initiatives using the “art and science of transformation” TM management.

We are looking for a graphical representation of our “Art & Science” concept to really impact the reader with what Art & Science truly means and showcase that difference with a unique visual. The basic concept is that you need both “art and science” to successfully complete a transformation within an organization. This concept is core to our offering … we have Trademarked the “Art and Science of Transformation” [see attached for typical charts we use] This concept is explained further in the attached ppt to Siemens [pages 10 – 15] and our attached Corporate Brochure. I can also send articles that we have published on this topic if you need more. Our general visual concept so far has been to use water to demonstrate the concept of “transformation” in general i.e. ice cube to water; water to mist / steam; waves to still /quiet water. The question is … is there some sort of more abstract visual that we can use (in addition to our transformation of water theme) on an ongoing basis in various marketing materials and media that would portray not only the transformation – but also the “art and science” aspect – and really impact the reader.
