Cybersecurity Challenge Coin

My team is accountable for the cybersecurity defense of a large regional healthcare system. We fight hackers. We keep them from harming the computing assets we use to care for patients.

I want to give out challenge coins for outstanding achievements. Half of the challenge coin should be a standard, repeated design. The other half of the challenge coin will be specific to the achievement. I want you to design the standard, repeated design. I've attached images of cybersecurity challenge coins to this request as a rough guideline for the level of detail I'm after.

Challenge coins are typically 1.5", 1.75", or 2" in diameter. I want the designer to be creative in their interpretation of the requirements. The only thing I insist on is that we use the Scripps logo somehow (see attached image scrippslogo.jpg). Apart from that, here are some design themes I had in mind that the designer should feel free to interpret in the context of a healthcare cybersecurity team: 1. Zen concepts of Beginner's Mind, Shoshin, Enso 2. Stoic virtues: Courage, Justice, Temperance, Wisdom 3. Defense 4. Use of Binary or Hexadecimal characters
