I need to create an infographic that will be tweeted out during a live webinar. The graphic needs to communicate the following statistics:
6% of adults owned a tablet or eBook reader in 2010.
33% of adults owned a tablet or eBook reader in 2012.
How many will own a tablet in 2014?
That's a dramatic increase and the picture needs to visualize the jaw-dropping trend. You might want to use two pie charts. Perhaps you think a bar graph will tell the story. Or maybe it's best to use a line chart. In any event, it needs to be clean, easy to read, and tell a powerful story.
Here are two nice looking infographics that you might use as inspiration (although they are both way bigger and contain more data than what I need). They are attached below.
There needs to be a credit at the bottom of the graphic that says "Data taken from Pew Research Center Internet & American Life Project Library Services"
72dpi is fine for this project. You can chose any dimensions that you like, landscape or vertical. But make sure it is all visible on a standard laptop screen and a typical tablet.
