We do digital advertising across all therapeutic categories targeting multiple audiences. This project is in the cholesterol category targeting consumers.

Looking for animated (.gif, .jpg or HTML5) web ads in sizes: 728x90, 300x250 and 160x600, that encourage users to complete a survey to see if they qualify for a clinical trial for a cholesterol medication. User will go first to a landing page with a under 2 minute explainer video, then be asked to take a brief 9-11 question survey. The key is the need to "know their numbers" (or have easy access to them) in terms of their current cholesterol panel numbers.
