Bee Cos We Care Disability Services is an Australian company that is a registered service provider in the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Since its inception, the purpose of the company has been to provide in home care for senior Australian citizens and people with disabilities since 2008. Some examples of the services they provide are aged care, palliative care, community and social services for the disabled, and telehealth to provide access to medical care from nurses, doctors, and various medical specialists. The company operates has historically serviced the surrounding suburbs of Sydney but since 2019 has been extending its services outside of Sydney into regional and rural areas around the country.

BCWC-DS ADVERTISMENT SMEAC- OPERATION OUTLOOK OVERHAUL Situation: Bee Cos We Care Disability Services has an advertisement page on the National Disability Outlook magazine. This publication caters to other disability and community service providers around the country. The previous advertisement that we have published was crowded and unprofessional (see Bee Cos We Care screenshot attachment). It missed the mark by using a business to customer approach to advertising. The future advertisements need a facelift. Mission: To develop an advertisement page that is clean and minimalist that conveys a message to other service providers: “We are responsive and hassle free”. Utilising a business to business advertisement approach (see HESTA screenshot attachment). Execution: Engage designer to create an A4 magazine advertisement design that contains our message, testimonials, and basic company information. Commence design project on “99Deigns” website by 3pm AEST 19/05/2020 Design progression and voting conference call w/ Tom and Vanessa at 3pm AEST 20/05/2020 Design progression and voting conference call w/ Tom and Vanessa at 3pm AEST 21/05/2020 Finalist design to be completed with files obtained by 1pm AEST 22/05/2020
