We are planning to sell magazines on the apple newsstand. We also buy and sell domain names and develop websites.

Brief for The Modern Farmer magazine design. About our target market. Our readers are tech savy farmers of all ages. They vary from small hobby farmers to large scale operations. They have an interest in modern technology, research and farming techniques that will help them better their own operations. They like to keep up to date with international agricultural events and related news. The design details: The size of the template is 72dpi, 27.09cm x 36.12cm (10.667 wide x 14.222 inches high) The magazine will be published exclusivly on the Newsstand for iPad and iPhonePlease provide the template in PDF and powerpoint format For the magazine design we are looking for a modern design with a rustic feel. The full name of the magazine will be "The modern farmer" but we want the emphasis to be on The Farmer component, thus we want the word modern to be smaller/less visible than the other 2 words. The layout of the magazine name on the front page will also act as the "logo" for the magazine. As far as magazine content goes. Pages will be a combination of full page articles and pages that contain embedded videos and shorter articles. We also plan to have repeated pages such as an index page, market price updates and real estate for sale and more It will also have an "how to use this magazine" page which will contain instructions on how to navigate the magazine. The design must contain a front page template and templates for the different content pages that will allow us to mix and match page templates to our content requirements.
